3. No-Show Policy

If our cleaning team arrives at your home at the scheduled time and is unable to gain access or if you are not present to let them in, it will be considered a no-show. In such cases, a no-show fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged.

4. Emergency Cancellations
