- All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Crystal Pro Cleaners and will not be shared or sold.

- The price applicable is that set at the date on which you schedule your service.

- Payment for services provided is due within 24 hours of service or receipt of invoice.

- Crystal Pro Cleaners reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice. Events outside Crystal Pro Cleanerss control shall be considered force majeure.

Warranty of Services

If there are perceived defects in our craftsmanship, please notify us within 24 hours. While we are always doing our best to use caution when cleaning fragile surfaces, sometimes accidents happen. Our cleaners are trained to photograph any damage before cleaning it up, so we can communicate thoroughly about what happened with whomever may need to know.

Glass shower doors have been known to spontaneously shatter even after years of wear. This can sometimes be due to manufacturer defect, faulty installation, or frequent hard use over time. Our cleaners are trained to use luke warm water when cleaning these, so as not to increase or decrease temperature too rapidly that it could lead to catalyze an explosion that has potential to cause them harm. We appreciate your kind consideration in using caution with these doors for all our sake.

Keeping a few wall outlets exposed for us will also minimize time and hassle locating these to run our vacuums throughout the home. Child protectors will be replaced if removed for our use.

Please refer to add-on services list, for add on services. Unless agreed upon, these services will be billed separately from your clean, and will not be included.

Safety Requirements for the Homeowner

Please be mindful that your home is our work place and as such it is important to ensure this space is a safe place to be. Sharp edges, wobbly furniture, electrical dangers, fire hazards, icy outdoor walkways, cluttered indoor walkways, utility leaks, etc. must all be monitored to prevent injury. We will not take responsibility for preventable accidents due to faulty installations or upkeep that should reasonably be the homeowner’s responsibility. If we find a hazard on the job, we will skip that area and report it to our clients.

Our cleaners will not stand on your furniture to reach high places. We will go no higher than a 2-step stool. We expect the homeowner to provide this so we know they are thinking about our safety.

Our rule is if you have to force it, don't. This goes for windows, doors, basically anything with a hinge, track, or other mechanism. This also goes for relationships with our associates or clients. If we are not a good fit, we maintain the right to refuse continuance of service.

Right to Refuse Service

Crystal Pro Cleaners also reserves the right to cancel service to any client at any time for any reason.

Payment

Payment is due within 24 hours of receipt of an invoice and shall be made payable to Crystal Pro Cleaners. Crystal Pro Cleaners may invoice and collect automatic payments for services rendered once payment information has been collected.

Late Cancel/Lockout Fees

New clients who cancel on short notice and wish to be rescheduled may be asked to pay a $50 non-refundable deposit towards the cost of their rescheduled appointment.

Lockout Policy

If our team is unable to enter your home at the scheduled and agreed time of service, we will wait no more than 30 min, and you will be billed a $50.00 lockout fee whether or not we are able to gain access to your home.
